water is sea water that made for use of washing and cleaning. people have filteres. so water is free.

you cannot drink from tap. you have to buy battles. but new houses built in filters. so you use central filter for all house uses.

about salary, its depands but food is very cheap. schools, public, utilities are free. but housing is very very expensive. i was reading after japan is kuwait then qatar.

That's not bad. We don't drink the tap water here also, they said it got high levels of lead and other stuff that can cause problems.

I had a friend who went to work in Dubai and he said it was the most expensive place he's been to. But the pay was real good and could afford it.
