She only intepreted one sentence correctly. Everything else she said was wrong.
As regards the crime, if he is guilty, they should castrate him.; they should also send all those who took part in this process to jail.
His only been charged, he will get a lawyer and they will explain the charges against him. He isn't even at the part where he pleads guilt or not guilty.
In the US, the police arrest you. Then you have to see a Judge within 72 hours to tell you what you are charged with, at which point you are either released or you get a bail. His crime was so bad that he isn't eligible for bail.
