All I'm saying is that this is not a marriage of equals. Hiiraan does not have the population or economic clout of Middle Shabelle. The split is by no means 50/50, but more like 70/30. Hawadle will have no chance at dominating this state, they will too busy trying to keep their representation in Hiiraan. They will be lucky if Jalalaqsi is not claimed by Harti Abgaal
