Whether it be foreign forces on Somali soil or even Somali men. Rape is everywhere in Somalia, yes even Somaliland, Djibouti and Puntland. Even though most of you might act like they are the gardens of peace. It's vile and disgusting, one should never rape a woman. They should be publicly shamed and beaten by women.
