hiiraan was offered to federal presidential position

Post by sahal80 »

theres a meeting in mogadishu between the former intelligence director abdullahi mohamed ali (sanbalolshe) foremer tfg minister dr cali cabdullahi cosoble and the governor of hiiraan cabdifatah hassan afrax

the meeting was called by sanbalolshe who revealed that he has the presidents support to become the president of this state but the capital has to be jowhar, some thing that his clan are against it

they think it belittles hiiraan to join middle shabelle

they think they can control it from hiiraan and develop the region

nevertheless at least hawadle will reach a good deal with warsangali abgaal specially with geedi but pres hassan wants some one whos close to him

geedi works for as a deal between two clans

the only jowhar politician they met so far is geedi whos closer to them and they seem to be ok with him besides the capital being located in hiiraan

actually geedi has more support in hiiraan than his region

hes being part of the reconciliation conference in baladweyne in 1998

met many times with the diaspora

The Presidency = Lose the capital and all that comes with it.
The Capital= Lose the leadership.

:damn:

....the Hiiraan division initiative, let's go along with that for now.

Mudulood can merge Middle Shabelle with Banadir. Hiiraan State will aggressively lobby alongside them.

Who do we need to bribe? Mahiga was a six figure man....what's that cadaan devil Nicholas Kays asking price? :|

dividing hiiraan doesnt work even hawadles know this and r using it for tactics so that hiiraan can be in a good position

the kids who are saying that hawadle cant lead this state r wrong

its bc we dont share land, we r against this state being controlled from outside of hiiraan so we prefer the capital

but the qamarji sanbalolshe is saying leave this for me

he called cali madaxweyne whos against this idea

btw hes cali but his mum is cabdalle and him and hassan r third cousins

diplomatically he has relations with a lot of organizations and countries

we will see

I was only jesting :)

To be honest, a merger between Hiiraan and Middle Shabelle should be as smooth as it gets,. They'll meet halfway

P.S. You'd think that notables Sanbaloolshe, Goodax, Laqanyo and the moryaan Abdifatah would be in attendance at the conference whereas Prof Warfaa, Cali nuur Boodaaye, Daahir Ali and General M Macalin and Elmi Farah Webi were present.

yeah i agree hiiraan intellectuals and mps attending this reconciliation conference also their precious advices

godah is mocarad, there r some islamist groups who r using other politicians for clan agenda like reaching these communities behind the doors without their knowledge

one of them is the former pm whos currently meeting with his clans diaspora in the us....

they r also meeting the westren diplomats telling them to hold elections in 2016

godah is looking for a similar role within the mps...so his plans r beyond hiiraan and thinks on how to make a new govt in 2016 so he can be part of it

pres hassan has relations with the already existing regions and they kinda agree to extend his term up to 2018

the two remained states is supposed to back him too thats why he wants people who are much closer to him to lead them

sanbalolshe is currently in the villa as adviser along side with other presidential aides

latest informations says he may convinced the president and his friends to lead this state but has to convince his jufo, thats why he called abdifatah

both of them r hassan muuse

theres big thing I guess bc abdifatah should open the conference but he went xamar instead

I think godah will be happy if this happens so he can fill the govt

abdifatah was supporting sanbalolshe becoming minister bc hes threat to him as they belong to the same jufo

thats why abdirizaq is there in order to stop godah

Hahahahaha how's middle shabelle merging with Hiiraan belittling Hiiraan? What does Hiiraan has that middle Shabelle lacks other than Hiraan being home to significantly politically backward & socially awkward group of inhabitants?

But you are partially right. Ethiopia is lobbying for Abdifatah afrah and hassan sheikh wants sanbaloolshe. The outcome will be very different however.

Hawadle would be smart to take the capital instead of the presidency. If Bulo Burte become the capital; Hawadle would have a midsize town that is not shared like Beletweyne. It would also mean investment and development in their land.

there was once a sheekh who was also a tribal leader

so they told him to choose one

he said ok I will be the tribal leader

but the people didnt know much deen so when ever theres ramadan or some religious event he was back!

as long the capital is in hiraan we can back to the throne!

plus the candidate has to be agreed by us so we can trust him
but hassan has his own agenda all he cares about is some one whos more ready and he can trust him

so he may pick some one among us or from the other side and this will effect each groups agenda

igad and unsom support the capital to be baladweyne due to jowhars connections with xamar

uk embassy has visitrd us telling us they will fund if we organize the conference!

wallahi we r patriotic people ee jowhar uma daahayno!

http://somaliland24.com/?p=14729

and who knows if hassan is trying to secure the capital for his clan for a future strategy!

we have smaller clans in one xaafad in baladweyne

The capital cannot be Beledweyne, it is too far. Either Buuloburte or Jalalaqsi.

you didnt get my point

in somalia there r policies that r fait accompli for example the statement of igad meeting in mogadishu wich asked for the formation of hiiraan and middle shabelle state so its not useful for abdilqadir osoble to talk about banadir being part of this!

the real reason we r adopting federalism is that the ic has adopted the igad/au(ethiopia mainly and kenya to some point) agenda in somalia

this could have being changed in the long term if the president was a pro-west/us but he disappoined them and they dont back him anymore that why he goes to the regions making them part of vision2016 so he that his term can be extended or can get reelected

thats why he was depending on igad/ ethiopia in his conflict with the former pm

farah abdulqadir is behind this bc he cares only about their group influence in somalia while the west wants from the govt to deliver all the national agenda to put somalia forward....

we said this federalism is an ethiopian/ igad/au agenda

so these countries have already decided where each federal state should be run from

abdikarim guleed can go tomorrow but dhusomareeb will always stay influenced by ethiopia due to its location at the borders

the same policy goes for beledweyne in the long term but at the moment its pro-govt region

yes we have peoblems with ethiopia since laqanyo was appointed that why they r not part of the operations

they have huge problem with djibouti having the mandate in there

we r not like ahlussuna

we want to reach a fair political deal with abgaal under the govt without foreing intervention

so in this way the capital can be in buloburde or jowhar, the president can be from any side

just to show you these agendas read this old interview with annadif

theres a video of this interview with nick kay see the 2015 agenda
