They need to grow some biceps and big chest like I did 10 years ago that women wanted to sleep on before I became a family man. How did I do it? I reduce eating bariis and baasto. Instead, I was eating beans, corn, meat, chicken, vegetable, fruits, and fish, and were doing a lot of running and gym as well. In 2 years, I was the toughest guy in the block.

As for Somali young men, as long as bariis and baasto are part of the daily intake, expect softness from them!

Actually Gegigoor, if you want to build your upper body, you would have to cut meat protein intake considerably. Alot of trainers say u gotta drink alot of water eat Fruits and vegetables which helps you build lean mass body.

Gerigoor.stop the suugo science.we have a team of experts from jamaacatu fitness guide.bariis and baasto and other carbs are vital in any bulking regime.in fact, carbs should make up the majority of your diet when attempting to gain.the diet you posted is ridden with suugo science.

games.ur calories need to go up,so you will need to raise the amount of protein you take.too much protein is not too good, however.

war dadkani Waa suugo science imtixaan.

Guys, seriously, beans, corn, and meat are the best combination and no bariis and baasto can ever come near them. Corn is very good at building and strengthening your bones, and beans are good at your digestion and muscle development. I also used to use maize.

Just look at the Somalis in the past, when they were not taking that much rice and baasto, they were tall and very strong muscularly. However, as soon as bariis and baasto entered our diet, we became the lugo baasto people!

Gerigoor. Somalis have always been pasta legged people.the Somalis of old were slightly leaner and muscular, but they were still slim in comparison to other africans/ people in the world.our pasta legs are more to do with genetics than anything else.that is why horn Africans make better than marathon runners than other groups.somalis of old were slim but lean, not overly built.

Somalis of old in the nomadic areas were slightly more muscular because they did not lead a sedentary lifestyle and consumed enough calories to survive.their bodies were built to survive.baasto and bariis would have not made them gain calool or male naaso, because they would have just burnt it off with all that walking/warrior lifestyle.

obesity and male naaso has increased across the world due to sedentary lifestyles and the over consumption of carbs\junk food.actually, most bodybuilders and professional athletes eat good carbs in abundance.of course they consume a lot more protein than the average person, however the mainly protein diets are mainly built on suugo science.there has never been a great athlete who cut carbs from his diet and found great success.there is nothing wrong with rice(brown in particular) and pasta.jamcaatu farax fitness guide.

The reason Somalis have very thin legs is because the long distances we WALK. There were hardly any cars or paved roads in Somalia.

Also, our Aaboyaal wore dacas and sandals, which meant their legs were thin. It has nothing to do with Bariis iyo Baasto or what kinda food you ate.

BaastoUnit, the reason that males have Naaso is because the chicken and the other meat you eat has what's called 'Animal Steroids' which is given to them to fatten them up.

Sxb instead of thinking you are an expert on the subject, at least research it before u post anything.
