Abu Hurayrah (Radeallahu'Anhum) narrated.....

Post by *Proud_Muslimah* »

Assalamu Alaikum,

Abu Hurayrah (Radeallahu'Anhum) quoted the Prophet (saw) as saying:

"On The Day of Resurrection there will come out of the Fire a portion having two eyes which see, two ears which hear and a tongue which speaks, and it will say, "I have been appointed to torment and punish three types of people: Every arrogant and obstinate person, everyone who invokes another deity besides Allah, and those who make images of animate things (Al-Musawwirun)." At-Tirmidhi

There is no doubt about it that the most terrifying day is The Day of Judgment. Every Prophet warned their people of The Final Day. Prophets and their companions wept and cried until the floor was flooded with tears just thinking of this petrifying day. Allah, due to His Mercy, has warned us in so many places in the Holy Qur'an preparing us for the Day that is approaching us every second, explaining in detail certain events and actions that will occur before, and on The That Day. There are numerous parts in the Quran and Authentic Hadith that explains some of the punishments that will take place on The Day of Judgment. The Hadith stated above is one description of a punishment that will take place.

Subhan'Allah, may Allah (SWT) save us all from the Hell-Fire..Ameen

Zanhan Ibn 'Umar says that he heard:

"Whoever cries out of fear of Hell, Allah will protect him from it, and whoever cries yearning for Paradise, Allah will grant him residence in it."

Ibid: 41.

For my dear Muslim brothers and sisters in Faith, I would just like to reminder you that we will not enter Jannah (Paradise) for just being Muslims but rather we have to work hard for it! Ask yourselves, what have you prepared for the Hereafter? List all the good deeds you have done, if you can't list any..then don't you think it's about time you started working for the Hereafter? Allah Alone, knows when your time of death will come! Better to repent now then to regret!

"We must not take Paradise or Hell as mere fairy tales. This is reality and we are going to be faced with such consequences upon death. We are all going to be faced with Hell on The Day of Judgment, both believer and disbeliever. Some faces will be turned away while others will be thrown into Hell without even account of their sins on The Day of Judgment.
Everyone of us is going to cross the Bridge of Sirat over Hell. We do not even know if we are going to cross it without sustaining injury from the Thorns of Sirat. Remember that when you cry to Allah out of fear and/or love, you have your right foot already in Paradise. Let the tears come and fall in prostration to your Lord, for when our Lord sees us cry, His unlimited Mercy and Love shall shower upon us like snow drops Insh'Allah"
