Look at it this way, you have the State Secretary of the Most Powerful nation in the world visiting the world's most failed state.

In a sense, it's actually GUUL if u look at it from that perspective. Because we got him there, when he had better things to do.

Only a simplistic person would change their position because of a cosmetic change ( i.e. someone from my clan is now at the top). My own father could be elected the President of Zoomalia and I would still oppose it because I oppose the entire system. The current Prime Minister is an uncle of mine, according to you I should support him but I don't.

Btw, John Kerry doesn't have anything 'better' to do.
