Why r u abusing me ..I asked cause of the fact that the Paraguayan gov refused that she has an abortion ..so what does Islam say about a pregnancy by way of rape..?

My friend's aunt had two abortions. They are Pakistani.
Most scholars say you can abort in the first 4 months, however even after this period the fetus can still be aborted if there's any danger to the Mum's life or in the cases of rape.

Sentence the rapist to death, but little baby who is procreated as a result of this rape has done nothing wrong. Killing him (or her) won't cure the ordeal that young woman has gone through.

If i got raped & became pregnant as a result [God forbid] i would be singing and dancing my way to the abortion clinic.

A pregnant 10 year old...that's just incredible. Off topic but can the child develop properly let alone emerge from her?

It is not most ...it is some.
And even then it is only considered permissible if the conception
is a result of rape/sexual assault.
As far as I know, no one believes abortion
after 4 months is permissible
whatever the circumstances that brought about the conception are.
