Everything he's saying is true.

But I've noticed that we Somalis don't fall for this trap at all. We don't claim to be Hebrew Israelites or the Moors or anything else. We only have the very minor issue of certain Somali clans claiming Arab lineage.

But Somalis generally know who they are, we don't try to connect ourselves with Empires which had nothing to do with us.

At least Somalis can claim to come from the same stratum as the Ancient Egyptians. Cushitic is the closest sub-branch of Afroasiatic to coptic.
The Beja, a cushitic people, even live in Egypt to this day. We also share common ancestors with the Ancient Egyptians.
But for a people, like African Americans, who descend from West Africans to claim any connection to Egypt is preposterous.

Ok I understand and agree with his statement of Egyptology. However, his contradiction comes in when he uses the ni--r slur many times. That is also from the white man! Therefore, he is no different than the other black men that he is accusing of.
