and where is the most most likely place where all surres can can makemajor central stronghold. I know bigger dir or surre cities can be developed any where from puntland to jubaland. I would say those in puntland should move from inland to the coast and those in the south should keep their lands by any means. Puntland mainland has no any potential and its even dangerous in wartime situation s. Yes, they are all Surre.
Fiqi cumar iyo Fiqi muxumed were part of what were called Shanta Culumow in Hiiraan along with Udeejen, Reer Aw Xassan and Sheekhal Looboga. Apart from the few families that remained in Hiiraan, the vast majority of Fiqi Cumar and Maxamed left during the Sayiid wars.
However, you have another Qubeys subclan that had lived in Hiiraan among the Galjeecel, they killed the Badicade Ugaas and then split from their Galjeecel allies. They are the ones that are called Qubeys in Hiiraan even though the Fiqi Cumar are also Qubeys. In actual fact, they are more numerous than the Culumow Surres in Hiiraan.
As for this video clip, it is not about making a Mamuul but it is a response to Xawaadle claims that there is an ongoing peace conference in Beledweyne being attended by all clans in Hiiraan when that is clearly a lie as there is no peace between us Surres and Xawaadle. Other clans in Hiiraan such as Baadicade, Galjeecel, Jajeele, Udeejen are also not on best of terms with Xawaadle.
To be honest, Surres general gotta wake up because despite their numbers they cannot really expect much from the Federal Pie when their territories stretch from Puntland to Jubbaland. My position is that they should decide on one area to relocate to but that requires a concerted effort from all members of the clan as it is no small feat. Also, it is hard to support militarily isolated communities as exemplified by the Hiiraan conflict.
We have some territory in Jammaame district and in Luuq district, both are by the river, that is where we should relocate. You see the future is agriculture in combination with nomadism. Bro, from a business perspective, exporting North is out of the equation. Ethiopia is next door. Anyway, I was mainly thinking along the lines of subsistence farming as commercial farms benefit only a few individuals.
