This Somalinet Character 'eninn' - is 'it' BI POLAR? BUFIIS?

I sense that this character has a mental disease. This character talks to itself. It roams the forum with arbitrary threads, and always uses small caps when typing. To be fair, this crazy person has mostly religious threads that I hope helps in the mental unstableness department. I do feel sorry for this nutcase.

My suspicions or hunch is--this character is the same AS HYPERACTIVE. masskinn this child has buffiss due to being molested as a child by her macaaliin.
