The song has ofcourse sexual contents. Why else would she mention having a grown man on her lap and playing hide 'n seek?
This is nothing unique to this song though, lots of somali songs have concealed sexual references. But the funny thing is, how certain people who clearly misunderstood the song get all worked up, saying 'Dhakac dhac and dhumashow' are ciyaaro played in xamar. LOL yeah right thats what she on about!

However the whole sneeking/sleeping around and oral sex, I can't really see it.

The only sexual content in the song is the "dhabta aan ku saaro." There is really no oral sex mentioned unless there are other sections of the song which we did not hear.

Hide and seek - could be intended let us go somewhere where our parents and others are not aware where we can be seen. It is not sexually explicit tough.
