they actually can...let's be realistic. Right now Somalis lack the most important strategy of war...cohesiveness. Ethiopia has an army and Somali does not for that Simple reason. Somalis are not united and not only are they NOT united..they think they are each other's enemy. No Somali clan consider Ethiopia or Kenya or Uganda an enemy but every Somali clan is beefing with another clan. So if they wanted to they could drive all of Somalis into the sea.

I'm sure I have taught this girl very well as I have thousands of Ethiopians. In fact, today thousands of them know not only the difference between SL and Somalia but Hawd. They never heard of Hawd before.

She is not Amhara but either Oromo or Tigrai. Most Amhara are not familiar with terms such as abeed, Rashaida or the other terms used.
Amhara don't also brag about the army being inside Somalia. That's not their characteristics.
