Suggestions for improvement on Somalinet

First of all if there are moderators reading this thread. I have contacted the owner of snet. He gave me permission to create this thread. So if you delete this thread you are again and abusing your powers and he will know.

Let’s a start with this:
The internet is the most powerful tool and influence on the world today. It’s more powerful then government and money and TV. It’s the best why to influence and change the world through fast access to knowledge and change. You need the reliable people to moderate and run this forum. It’s not a joke, or something slack. This responsibility is on you. The forum is more influential and bigger then most realize.

I would like to make suggestion to some on Snet. I want other members to make suggestions as well. What changes would you like on Snet?

Problem 1 :

Moderators are abusing their power.

Problem 2:

One of my earlier posts
Somalinet needs to be managed differently. You need to have moderators who are reliable. You have people on your staff who are not reliable. Any business or organization or non profit runs this way. Why isn’t somalilnet like that?. You need to enlist people to do community service who want to do the job or who have the time. If they won’t even take to time to tell you they no longer able to volunteer time for like years that says a lot. They don’t take their job seriously. You need to take in people who will help move along somalinet faster. You need people who are reliable and won’t make waste you time hunting for people other people to replace them. Then all of a sudden they show up? What a mess and waste of time.
I don’t even want to be moderator anymore because somalinet is to messy and complicated. Plus the person who has the power to make me mod does even reply to my pms. Bizarre. I think they even deleted my thread when I said pming was a problem. What the heck lol

Problem 3:

You have many talent people on this forum you need to utilize them.
For example:
*Blackvelet- Place her username in the Advice Section & Marriage Section. Give her moderator powers. This stuff is like candy for her. Also ask her imput on how to improve the Singles section. She might have some ideas
*Hyperactive – Place his name in Islamic section so people can pm him questions
*Give moderator powers to IT people
* We have walking encyclopedias on Snet – Use these people to the max. FORCE THEM TO SAVE THE WORLD AND SOMALIS. These people are gurey25, Lamagoodle, and Xplaya.
These guys are the solution. Force them into a corner and ask them to create plan to save Somalis and the world. I don’t know give them a section and make them take lead roles. Call it the Brainstorming section. IF you don’t utilize these dudes and others , what a waste. One is a millionaire, another is writing books. Like dang
We also have people like Xildiiid, PerfectOrder throw them in there too. Many members are the key to this

I am going into hibernation mode. Basically I am going to avoid posting on snet forum until some these ideas implemented. I have spit to get done too. My ideas and other members ideas doesn’t need to be all implemented. I just want to see more effort and want to see Somalis who are passionate enough to change the current situation.

I am giving management and members 2920 hours to get it together. I think that’s like 4 months.
You guys have 4 months.

IF not then I see no purpose in being here anymore. I think the last alternative is joining a different forum or creating a new forum. I have enough emails contact details and people on whattsup to do that. I have web design experience.

But I rather not do that. That’s a lot freakin work. I rather utilize this forum.

The forum is like the Somali government. Messed up. Eventually you got do what’s right what is best for everyone. You guys may not be as corrupt but I don't think you get it, so maybe this thread might help.
Anyways this my last speech for a while.

Snet is my cyber playground hobby. FUN times. I will be copying this thread to the owner. So it's pointless to delete
:stylin:

Drop your suggestions here. What changes would you like on Snet?

This lil gabadh wa dahabi but she maybe taking snet bit too serious. The mods are no good. They don't know how to separate personal views, emotions and business. For example Abdiwahab is useless moryaan. He deletes anything against Habar gidir. Fah plays favouritism towards Hawiye and he is the main reason why Snet us dead. Warya, the owner, lost hope and just left the place for these guys to bury it. Warya is actually cool guy but he relies too much on qabiliste kids, who can't fix the simplest of coding errors.

Within the mods there is big qabyalad war. They all know it. I don't need to expose them.

Those mods banned me for "Ugandisho"----how funny are they?

You are accusing others of being qabiilist, but you mentioned all MODS except the ISAAQ ones......I don't even know what you are, but isn't it obvious you are f-king big qabilist?

SS, you seem to be a girl with good hear and intention...My advice to you is don't waste your time and energy on these fucktards and shit-hole place.....Find a good hobby, read, gym, etc and let this place be your minimal entertainment with no fucks given attitude.......Don't take the internet serious, especially Somalinet

On behalf of beesha relationship topics I think your suggestion is a brilliant one. We should have an everything about love, romance, relationships and marriage section. It could even have a more direct link to the Singles so people can sign up and take part in discussions sans qabiil and politics

That said I won't be around much marka I think someone else should be the moderator  :rose:

I can already feel the improvement to our health and wellbeing

Aggressive and loud people are usually struggling with something, being comfortable with yourself enough to be soft when appropriate is a wonderful thing

My ONLY request for change is---Get rid of ALL the other sections. General Forums is the ONLY profitable and alive section. Then, after removing the other sections---put a Cap on Moderators policing qabil talk and thread. It is a Somali RIGHT to talk trash about qabil. If u cant take it, then u don't need to be in the adult room. Last and not least--- a special letter needs to be sent to Blackvelvet for seize and disseize notice. BB needs to STOP making sex threads masked in a 'relationship' headline. I am tired of this sentimentality crap. Thanks :)

Gegiroor - stop spreading false information on me. I have lost interest in moderating. There are more qualified members.

Hyper- people like gurey and Lama and Xplaya dont even need moderator powers. They just need to rally up and post somewhere and draw up a plan.

You guys have no idea how chill and relaxed I am. I just had some tea and I am at garage sale, I am sitting here multi tasking. Now I am going sell some items online.
