Omg I lost my shape...help

So few months ago I started working out really hard...I cut off all the junk food and stopped eating out. I started jogging and did cardio five days a week. I wanted to lose my calol kus..and arms..to fit in this small dress I bought for my cousin's wedding. Not only did I lose my target areas but I've also lost my butt and thighs. Now I look like a butch lesbian...I basically went from looking like Delicious from flavor of love to Lindsey Lohan's ex girlfriend. I want my feminine figure back. I have never thought I will lose my lower body..it runs in the family. I look so ugly and tiny...xita the dress wan dhax dhacay.
I hate squats and lunges..suggest me some other butt workouts people.

Smile, dabo is natural. It never increases nor decreases whether you work out or not. :lol:
I don't think yours is natural. It goes with your weight. So don't exercise and start eating heavy meals to get back what you had :lol:

You worked out like a maniac didn't ya? :lol: Now comes the real challenge because eating heavy food like some suggested will not guarantee a return to your former shape. The food may very well end up in your tummy. Can you imagine the way you are now plus an enlarged calool? Continue to work out but you'll need to adjust your work out. Do less cardio and exert extra pressure on your calool and yes, ignore squats and lunges. Start exercise that'll tone you up rather than make you lose more weight. lastly, you'll need to eat a bit more food than you currently do but do not overeat because things could get worse. Add one more heavy plate full of carbs to your current diet plus one snack, and exercise less intensively. You might not get back your former shape but you'll definitely see a change. Good luck.

Let me know if you want me to make you a list of workout you'll need.

And Why does it matter how you look in your Cousin"s wedding? Its not your wedding. Its her wedding. You are suppose to look ugly so she can look beautiful. You don't have to go 5 days gym to obstage the bride. Find your own man and work out markaas. Plus why would you work out to fit into a particular dress? if that one is too small for you, why don't you go buy one of your size. So you just pay dress #X and you have to work out to fit it? waxaas oo dhibaato ah maxaa kugaliyay. I am 36 years old and still don't get somali women mentality. Waa dad Gedis Gedis ushaqeeyo.
