Kay: no extension for Culusow, not coming back

Post by thegoodshepherd »

Observations:

1- The International community is making it clear that they do not want to see Culusow's face after August. Kay has clearly stated that his term will not be extended and implied that consequences would be dire if he attempts an extension

2- Rainy season will end in Jubaland in two weeks, meaning the push towards Bardheere will begin soon. Fartaag went to Gedo yesteray to try and recruit for the effort. Kay just arrived in Kismayo to coordinate the big push from Afmadow north and Buurdhubo south towards Bardheere.

3- Political consolidation is taking place much faster than anyone anticipated. In less than one year, three federal states will have been established. Hiraan and Middle Shebelle being the easiest state to be created.

4- Unfortunatly there will be no direct elections in August 2016 due to Culusow's laziness and incompetence. Some type of district level appointment of MPs who go on to select the President will most likely occur.

Kkkk

This man just reads out the govt position not what he thinks!

says carefully the president has made it clear publically...its somali decision and somali-led process....

im not with hassan but against spreading false information

Even it goes to be some sort of elections he can be able to win it through his electoral commission!

This is why hes against reshuffle bc some ministers like the interior security r part of secret committee whos responsible on the elections

Hes concentrating now on this....it wont be fair elections and some will boycott it

As for amisom, there wont be operation without sna

They have been stopped in some regions and now gen diini will integrate the forces under one command

He said we dont care what politicians r saying, we r the army!

Sahal I am also against your lies.

Kay clearly said there will be no extension and that the elections this time must be more representative than 2012. Kay is just a spokesman for EU and UK, and they want Culusow gone. Gen. Diini is a good man, but SNA is Hawiye militia. Amisom in Jubaland will work with Jubaland troops who have been recruited and trained over the past 10 months.

SNA cannot help anyway because they cannot operate separately from Amisom and have no control over Sablaale and large sections of Southern Barawe. This fight will take place in Bardheere and the only two places from which you can launch an offensive are Buurdhubo and Afmadow.

it doesn't make a difference if culusow leaves the post or not, his successor will be abgaal. abgaal know that mogadishu is their only bastion and they will fight to keep it. as long as he isn't habargidir, we shouldn't worry about who becomes the next president. strategically, culusow remaining as the president beyond 2016 or an abgaal being his successor is beneficial for the rest of the federal states of somalia because mogadishu's stagnation hastens its marginalization.

You obviously haven't watched the video, or perhaps fully understand English.

Kay is running the Political show in Somalia, and there is a pretty good reason he is based out of Mogadishu. He came to reassure and apologies for the political mistake of his pets in Mogadishu. Like he said there is no political crisis but a minor misunderstanding that will be corrected by a committee hand picked by the PM, who are tasked to chill out until the elections in 2016.

lol khayali plers! This is south somalia run by mogadishu!

Listen to sadiqo 30:0 SNA

Every maamul is interim!

Hada waxee ba ko dhawdahay in wax walbe la kala diro "madama aan lago heshiin karin" adinkana waa sii waaleysaan!

Do you listen with your heart or with your ears

Nick has just repeated what he said at the security council, start from 1:00:50 at his answers on the Qs:there is a firm committment by the govt to 2016 time table or not to extend beyond 2016 or beyond the constitutional mandate....He said he doest know what form of elections will take place since this is the decision of the electoral commission whos yet to be formed!

This commission will be made by "culusow"

If kay has a word he would have saved the former pm

There wont be elections, rather a mixed group from 6 regions whom 4 of them r already pro-"culusow" will vote in mogadishu!

plus representatives from waqooyi and civil society

Its the parliament who wants extension, hassan is confident about winning it through the 6 region plus voting process wich includes banadir!

Anyways im out!

The last time anyone in Kismayo or Jubaland cared about Mogadishu was in December 1991
Culusow lost Janale iyo Awdheegle just last month, how can he run Jubaland??

Kay clearly said that the commissions will be based on 4.5 with each tribe getting 2 seats and women a minimum of 2 seats in each commission.
English is obviously not your strong suit.
