Actually Fallon isn't too bad, I didn't watch Jay Leno much but Fallon got some good skits like the impersonations and lip singing challenges. But remember again Jay Leno was doing it for like 20 years and when he started they said he could never be as good as Johnny Carson.

He does do good sketches the lip singing, when he slow jam the news with politicians etc but the guy is a terrible interviewer, doesn't ask interesting questions, talks over his guests, he fake laughs at every little thing they say, he just sucks at interviewing
