This region had three autonomous administrations who had partaked in the road map and is not like these interim admins who have appeared in the post-transitional era ( 2012)

originally gal-mudug(galgaduud-mudug was established as two regions but after the removal of the islamic courts, himanheeb has appeared out of nowhere backed by some regional powers

ahlusunna had some regional branches in gedo and xamar

Fortunately, each one of them had good security forces and democratic institutions that has played big role in this change bc they were not under warlords and due to their political maturity

This won't work and you have to wait to see that. Saleban is under represented as is Duduble. The Cayr will not dominate the rest of HG. Their Wahabi mentality will not appease Sacad (who have zero so far) or the nomadic Saleban. Saruur also received minor share. Marehan who did little to advocate for the Central Regions received more.

I can see HG going to war against each others and against others. I see Marehan being used against Majerteen as usual by giving them seats they mean to back Mudug being part of the central fictional project.

How come Murursade is given the most when they are irrelevant in this region? This could reignite the HG-Murursade war like Aideed days and like usual Murursade maybe forced to run to Abgaal for shelter.

I don't see this going beyond this meeting.

HG should get more seats in Hiiraan Region and the Ethiopian forces there should organize the conference for Hiiraan.

You forget Ahlul Sunna was a confederation of Qabils.

My guess is that it will include two mx members from dhusomareeb and galinsoor(mudug along side with sacad who r missing from this list) since they got 14 seats

It looks like this is based on political distribution; galmudug vs himamheeb vs ahlusunna

example the dir loyalties r based along these lines...
