Nothing personal guys but I never was and never will be fan of Burao even if it becomes the Abu Dhabi of the Horn.

I don't know why.

I like the coastline when it comes to the east and Erigabo/Mendisho or whatever they call it.

Forget Burao guys. Ya'll need to relocate and abandon that dusty town. Even I prefer Ainaba over Burao.

People who invest in Burao are neither intelligent nor business savvy. Look Dahabshiil and Deero are both giants from that region yet they hardly invest anything tangible there. They came from there and never looked back. I guess it's okay to start a fire but not maintain it for long.

The money and the future is in the west...Berbera port, Wajale warehouses/dry ports, Hargeisa offices...population baby population and diversity.

I gotta say I have noticed that as well, Burco indeed has one of the best town plan design in any Somali city apart from Muqdisho whichs all ruins now. Old Borama has also an ok town plan not as refined as Burco but still better than most cities.

In terms of size or third place position mmm, I Would have to concede and say Burco has made leaps and bounds in the last 5 years or so and is now bigger than Borama, although Borama has the density working in its favour. Bosaso is a force to be reckoned with, although I will say it's one of the most terribly planned city I have ever seen. Think of qunyar daga in Burco but a city size. And Toghdheer is more urbanized than Awdal!

Hargeisiadi hore way isku dhex dadsantahay ta danbe is well planned. Borama is the opposite old borama is well planed ta danbe is a bit rusty.

@Yusuf certified fadhi ku dirir warrior lol... sxb I honestly don't give that much respect or credence to Cadaan pages. Waa iska wada bug iyo khuraafaad by all sorts if different competing organisations. In any case, wayba no xigto miseen report kan out of 18 pre war regions only 6 or so are ahead of us lol. Lakiin no way Togdheer has more urban population than Awdal or that Awdal has more nomads than Togdheer.
