I don't know why you're so happy. The Kenyan government can go in there and confiscate the farms at any time. NFD is under occupation and the sad part is the inhabitants have been mentally enslaved, like parts of Somali Galbeed.

The Kenyan government is actually training agricultural outreach workers for Garissa. Gov. Nadif Jama is working hard on developing agriculture there. Garissa will become a huge hub in the next decade.
