They are Both colors but one is accepted as an identity in America and the other one is never accepted by the asians! Why is that?

If black people had not gone through slavery and colonization and were a dominant group today like whites are , we Somalis would be begging to be black , but we disassociate our selves from black people because of their status now and in the past. A good example would be Greeks and Italians , when these mediterranean people were dominant in the world (Roman empire and Greek empire(s))they considered western germanic Europeans as inferior barbarians and saw them as a totally different people. Now the west Europeans are running shit mediterraneans see themselves as no different to Germanics. Mediterraneans now see themselves as white and that's because it gives them a sense of belonging to a superior people , Basically the same need for Superiority that led them to run away from the uncultured barbarians of the west is the same one that now makes them want to be apart of them . The same could happen to Somalis in the future if Blacks and Africans are politically and culturally dominant.
