so there's this friend of mine who's been married for over 3 years now without kids so far, it doesnt really bother him or his wife they know its in allah's hand but he is tired of ppl asking him all the time, he said after they say salamu allaikum their frist question is " islaantii uur ma leedahay" why are we so obsessed with this? i've also seen ppl asking newlywed couple if there's baby on the way SMH ..... i mean it hasnt even been a few months yet! ... now the poor guy is depressed to the point he just want to have a baby to shut these ppl up and prove to them that he is capable of having kids

The poor couple might have been trying for a while, my uncle didnt have a child with his wife for a decade. Doctors said she couldnt have a baby but alxamdulilah few years ago they welcomed the cutest lil girl.

Or maybe the couple wanted to hold off on a kid.

Who knows but their privacy should be respected.
