Is 80K too expensive to build a house in Somaliland?

Asc and Ramadan Kareem to all! I've got a flight book on the 20th July 2015 to visit the motherland (Somaliland), hoping to build an 80K house. I'm incredibly excited and also a little unnerved as the last time I visited had been at the age of 18 and now I'm 25, so yes definitely a while ago. The house itself will be a holiday home to visit and to rent maybe even turn it into a mini hotel but after talking to the construction manager we agreed to a price of 80K for the house and the land. He spoke to my father and he agreed it would be one of the many grand houses in Borama, however my mother is very unhappy as she believes we could get the house much more cheaper and instead we should visit and ask the locals the price of the average/top end house.

Financially I will be paying everything on my own despite being the only female child in the house and who has not married yet. On top of this I am also working on a business idea alongside my father to introduce into Somaliland which we think has the potential to be successful, so all in all I have two question:

Does anyone know the average price of houses in Borama/ Hargeisa? Is 80K too expensive?
How is the business economy in Hargeisa at the moment and can you see it declining in the next 5 years?
