After working and/or interacting with white Americans, Indians, Nigerians, and fellow Somalis, here is the experience that I drew from from each one of them:
White Americans: They value networking. All the ones who were promoted or move the latter up in the places that I worked, they all achieved it thru networking, who they know, and who they associated with. I remember one guy telling me, "Gegi, you work hard, get your job done, and never miss a milestone, but there is one thing I saw you never put priority on, and that is, you don't associate with management." I told him, "I am not an ass kisser." He has responded and stated the old saying, "it is not what you know but who you know. With such mentality, you will never go beyond the current position that you have now."
Indians: My experience with these group of people is they always improve their skills, be a yes man to to his (or her) white boss and always try impress them. They tend to meet with them after work, they invite them to their events, and they're always in a competition of who gets closer to the white boss.
Nigerians: These guys are confident, came to the West with a plan, nearly know all of the rules, and know when to act and when to ignore. After running to some issues with some management, one Nigerian guy who used to be the head of hiring and inclusion told me, "you need to be strategic, and not tactical. Don't react. If you do react every time they do something, you become predictable. Keep your journal, and when the moment is right, produce it and say here is the history." Unlike the Indians, a Nigerian will never impress his boss, but do his job and remain confident.
Somalis: My experience with successful fellow Somalis (financially) is they are risk takers. They work their butts off, and always find a way to make money. I met this Somali guy who is running multi-million dollar business in Columbus few weeks ago, and here is what he advised me: "Meel intaad fariisato maskaxda ka shaqaysii. " He pointed his fingers towards 3 Somali guys who were sitting near us and stated neither one of them went to college let alone finishing it yet they are millionaires. All they do is to start businesses and work hard in it. Kudos to them!
When I compare all of the four, I think I can only follow the example of Nigerians and Somalis: Learning the rules, knowing when to act and when to ignore, be confident, and be a risk taker is all I can try to emulate. I can't build so much network in white dominated corporate America, I can't be an ass kisser to my boss , and will never find going with them after work for drink as I am not a drinker, or invite them to Somali events. I have never seen a boss after work even tough some of them were beautiful white women when I was a single man. Yeah, Nigerians and Somalis take the praise -- at least in my book!

As for Jews, they are successful whites. The only thing that makes different from other whites is their religion. Nothing to emulate from really. Unless you know, most of the economic war against Somali hawals was behind by Jewish bankers who want the commission for themselves. When it comes to money, they squeeze everyone. Do you know in the US, when the Somali hawala (money remittance companies) were finally allowed recently after it was closed, they were told you can't accept cash; you can only accept money order or cashier's check. What is the point of forcing a legal business - remember nearly all of the Somali hawals in the US were approved by the state as a legal business to operate - to accept money order and cashier's check only. This is how abuse people. The Zionist Jews control the financial system of the world and is squeezing everyone. Now, whenever I am sending money to my siblings in Kenya, I had to buy money order or cashier's check. This is how the banks, Western Union, and Money Instagram are making for every dollar that we're sending backhome. F'ck them, majority of them are evil and squeeze the little guy.

I can subscribe to whites Indians somalis from my own outlook & experience not so familiar with Nigerians tho!
Many dont comprehend how white people easily get higher Jobs and breeze thru work is sole do the the white dominant corporate America and using they're connections buddies etc to get them positions. Largely Jobs in the west is driven by Nepotism although They do Value hard workers with skills
From what ive seen in Asians overall is that They want to emulate impress the white man and climbed the ladder by doing so! Which is why most Indians turn of they're accent on call centers wear white names. The same with chinese & koreans give they're kids american Christian names and adopt they're values while balancing they're own confusious based ideology of work ethic etc! Which is why They are looked as model minority! Although many cases is untrue!
From what ive noticed in somalis not only are They risk takers They have amazing trust for their kith & kin and the bounding connection clan obligations give them is Whats fueling they're entrepeneurial sucsess. The way Somalis fund a business endeavor and achieve success in a shrinking economy is through their close ties and networking with other Somalis. Due the incredibly social culture! Which gives such incredibly social skills and charasmatic nature becuz of this Somalis have no trouble finding both other Somalis that can serve as business partners and customers who are willing to buy their products. Something which i think many people can learn from.
