This guy saw a business opportunity, relocated all the way from his country and is selling camel milk @20$ a litre. Wallahi very clever.

Meanwhile dumb Aussie Somalis who live under the very noses of these camels [700,000 at the last count] choose instead to involve themselves in khiyaaano & been been homecare businesses. They don't even have to buy the camels as they are feral and just roaming freely in the desert, so what is stopping the Somali community majority of whom were camel herders back in Somalia from doing something similar? How can our people sit back & watch thousands of camels being culled? Camel meat, camel milk, camel cheese ..the opportunities are endless.

Hadii niin somali ahaan laha domino effect baa kaa dhici lahayd meesha!
Somali copy each other and have no originality!
if it was a Gadabursi guy in no time xabaad issaq aah ayaa next farm ibsaan lahayd then a dhulbanhantee would have followed the issaq.
marjerteen would have said anigaa kaa ficaan kaan dhulbhantee, Sacaad would have said araa maa malay aad mooday? this ishow you look after camels.
Abgaal would have sold all his donkey to swap for camels.
cadcad would have followed and feed his camel with xalwo to sweeten the milks, jareer would have grazed with fine herb those camels and fatten up.
in no time you will have competition like no other!
too many suppliers for few consumers and the gadabursi guy would have gone back to his books after he became bankrupt followed by the issaq and so on!

Well I will go Australia soon, and I will go camel hunting, then eat them, build up a resort for camel hunting, build camel meat factory, then I will develop my brand, start export, and expand.

Djib so what if the Somalis copy each other? There are 700,000 unwanted camels more than enough for everyone. Who else in all of Australia is better placed to rear these animals but the Somalis? The Australians don't have the slightest clue what to do with them, which is why they are killing them.
The Israeli guy tapped into the current Raw Milk trend. It is all the rage now. Here in the U.K even the Asian shopkeepers have jumped on the camel milk bandwagon, importing it from holland and selling it in their shops.[they sell pasteurised versions only because of the strict rules]

Camel milk benefits:
Camel milk, which is said to be closer to human milk than any other milk, has a number of health benefits for those who choose to drink it.
It is rich is vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins B and C, and iron.
The drink also has antibacterial and antiviral properties.
Further, the milk is a rich source of insulin, making it a great treatment option for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes sufferers.
According to the Camel Milk Association, a month-long study showed that people with Type 1 diabetes who drank almost a pint daily improved their blood glucose levels.
Camel milk is also a good source of protein, and can often even be drunk by people with lactose intolerance.
Currently, it may not be the most popular milk in the world, but it does offer benefits that cow and goat milks do not - including lower cholesterol levels.
Traditionally popular in the Middle East, the milk has become popular in the Netherlands and Belgium in recent years where it is generally sold in organic shops.

Somalis in Australia are refugees who're getting their feet established there. Besides, to my dismay, Somalis sees nowadays camel-herding to be backward, so unless there is a mentality change, Somalis would not be herding camels in Australia.

This has nothing to do with Somalis, as if we are the only nation in the world that has camels. The Arabs, Indians, Persians, and North Africans all have camels in their country too.
Yes we should have taken advantage of our opportunities beforehand, but don't make this about Somalis vs Israelis

Since you started this thread about camel herding business in Australia and you always bring up "my search of my minyaro," I think I can read between the lines. You're passing me your signals as usual. I am sure you remember my conditions. Why don't you just admit I am always staying in your mind, and these shots that you throw at me usually are your way of communicating to me! I appreciate your "traditional" style of moves that you're making towards me, but I still want to stress my conditions. Please revisit them and see if you can fulfill them

We are a nomadic people & we have the world's largest population of camels.Indians, Arabs, Iranians & North Africans are not known as such, yes there are camels dotted around Rajasthan & the Sahara but the nomadic populations in these countries are very small. It is our speciality & we failed at it
