It's not unique to muqdisho. Am sure lots of African country suffer from expired medicine.

expired drugs aren't really life threatening. The real problem is counterfeit medicine. Concoctions made somewhere in china that nobody knows what it's made of. Also, the skin lighting creams women use are mostly counterfeit and contain seriously dangerous substances
