If you Marry a Shisha/Cigarret/Khat Consuming man/woman, You are at risk of being infected with HIV. Most people are not humane. If they know their life is finished, they will try to take as many people with them as possible. You explain to them that people can get Aids from so many ways including needles, restrooms, hitting a stone in the street, being poked by a random needle etc. You explain to them that, you have never been tested and don't know what you have neither do I. so for us to be save and start our lives without worrying, lets go for just a quick test. If they are reasonable and they have nothing to worry about, the only question that, they will ask you is, is the needle painful? how many cc of blood will they withdraw. So that is simple.

I heard in certain Muslim countries u can't get a marriage license without getting tested first. This policy makes it easier on the couple ..takes the anxiety out of it all.

Yeah, no. It never works on educated women. Asking her to get tested is like accusing her of promiscuity because it's not really common for Somalis to have a form of STI/STD.

What she will think if you mention needles? Drugs. Restrooms? False because STI/STDs micro-organism doesn't survive that long exposed in toilet seats. Hitting a stone in the street? Again, micro-organism doesn't survive that long exposed. Poked by random needle? What are you doing if you're exposing yourself to random needles poking you?

THEN if you even manage to get her tested. What do you do if she has STDs and you know she was never promiscuous?
