Baarlamanka Puntland:” Xamar Caasimad Soomaaliyeed uma aqoonsanin inay tahay”
Xildhibaanada Baarlamanka ayaa sheegay inaysan Muqdisho u aqoonsanayn inay tahay caasimada Soomaaliya, iyagoo tusaale usoo qaatay dastuurkii lagu heshiiyay oo sheegaya in caasimada dowladda Federalka dib u eegis lagu samayn doono.
Sidoo kale, xildhibaanadu waxay wax la layaabo ku tilmaameen guddiyada ay iska magacaabatay dowladda federalka iyadoo aan kala tashan dowladda Puntland iyo maamulada kale ee dalka Soomaaliya ka jira, waxayna guddiyadaas ku tilmaameen aboor dudumo dhisay.
Mudanayaasha waxay soo jeediyeen in go’aan adag oo masiiri ah Puntland ka qaadato Dawlad Federaalka Soomaaliya.

The one chance to bring somalia back from the brink with a federal state system formed by PL has now come to a brutel end thanks to hutus once again destroying any hope somalia had left. It really beggers believe we allow ourselves to be hostage to these people. They have literally taken us back to the dark ages, its time to change the capital.

I support this notion, if one city is not save change it to one that is save. This rules out puntland as people are assassinated coming out of mosques.

No one is assassinated in Puntland anymore than hargeysa with its fair share of bombs, remember 2008. Moving forward i welcome Kismayo or Galkacyo as capital.mahoka wrote:I support this notion, if one city is not save change it to one that is save. Hargeisa is in another nation unless you are talking about villa hargeisa which is in somalia. Hargeisa had one attack for the last 25 years. Puntland has an attack every week, people are killed in mosques, killed by terrorist bombings . I say in Koonfur, puntland is not that safe

Whatever makes you feel better, maybe you should ask your elders who visited puntland and praised it with gabay just how save it is.mahoka wrote:Hargeisa????Somaliman% wrote:No one is assassinated in Puntland anymore than hargeysa with its fair share of bombs, remember 2008. I heard people are starving in hargeisa and theres no water, whilst in Bosaso average person lives on $5 a day and hargeisa $1, that should give you some prospective in terms of the comptability of PL to SL. way ahead buddy way ahead!

Re: Its over for mogadisho
Lol you made the bed now lay in it. I don't believe any Somali created federalist system, it strangely seems it was made by someone who knew the nature of Somali tribal divide. By someone who wishes Somalis to remain dependent on Western aid groups and the their terms.
If people had any brains, they would lock themselves in dark room and draw their own laws which appeals to the religious and cultural side of Somalis; system requiring inter dependency rather than independence and exploitation of one another.

the reports say that the explosion which rocked on Sunday night the road which links the presidential palace to justice ministry hit the car of Mohamed Dhere and damaged it.
No one knows the target of the explosion.
The blast was the second in three day’s time, and some speculation reports say that it the unrest relates to the split of the ruling part.
The administration had no comment about the explosion.
Kulimye party which rules Somaliland residents split into two after the leaders of it misunderstood the individual that they will choose as the presidential candidate.
Somaliland proclaimed its independence from Somalia in 1991 but has never been officially recognised by any state despite exercising a reasonable level of territorial control and internal political legitimacy.

Five suicide car bombs ripped through key targets on Wednesday in northern Somalia, including UN offices and a presidential palace, killing 19 people and the five bombers, officials said.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attacks in Somaliland and Puntland, which rattled a regional heads of state summit in Nairobi aimed at speeding up peace efforts in the southern and central parts of Somalia.
The attacks triggered condemnation from the United States which blamed them on "a small minority of violent extremists".
The self-declared state of Somaliland was rocked as three simultaneous blasts ripped through its capital Hargeysa. The presidential palace, Ethiopia's diplomatic compound and the offices of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) were all hit.
Two separate offices of an interior ministry body tasked with combating terrorism were also targeted in Puntland's economic capital Bosasso. Officials said only the two suicide bombers were killed.
The apparently co-ordinated attacks drew international condemnation and US Assistant Secretary of State for Africa Jendayi Frazer said they bore the markings of al-Qaeda.
Police said 19 people were killed in the Hargeysa bombings, including the presidential secretary, and at least 18 wounded.
"We are still conducting (an) investigation but what is clear is that terrorist groups are behind the attacks," Somaliland police official Abdi Dahir Said said.
It was not clear if Somaliland President Dahir Rayale Kahin was in his office at the time of the attack, but officials said he was safe.
"At approximately 10:00 this morning the UNDP compound in Hargeysa, Somaliland, was hit by an explosion, caused by a vehicle which forced entry into the compound," the UN's Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said in a statement.
The explosion "killed at least two Somalian employees of the UN but the toll could be more severe," UN Development Programme spokesman Adam Rogers later said in Geneva.
Witnesses said the suicide bombers were driving Land Cruiser SUVs.
Security officials said six members of the Puntland Intelligence Service were wounded in the bombings in Bosasso.
"We have got the remains of the body of one attacker and we shall reveal his identify soon. The individual is known to us," Puntland president Mohamoud Musa Hirsi Adde said.
He also claimed the attacks in Hargeysa and Bosasso were co-ordinated.
"The attackers were not from Puntland but the whole plan was organised from the same place and by the same people," he said. "The attacks in Hargeysa and Bosasso were coordinated and planned by the same group, they can't go unpunished."
Speaking in Nairobi after a summit of heads of state from IGAD (Inter-Governmental Authority on Development, which groups six East African nations) to discuss peace efforts in Somalia, Frazer condemned the attacks.
"Nobody has claimed responsibility for the attacks, but they have the markings of al-Qaeda," she told reporters.
The African Union's top executive, Jean Ping, also condemned the attacks and noted they "came at a time of renewed efforts by IGAD, the AU and the United Nations to bring about lasting peace, security and reconciliation in Somalia".
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Britain also expressed outrage at the bombings.
Al shabab have never even got close to puntland parliament or president. Car bombs were happening in hargeysa way before PL

Mogadishu should be a nuclear waste site.

What is the actual clan demography of muqdisho?
Would power struggles end if capital is relocated?
Will the residents of the new capital accept 20k foreign troops, whose only purpose is to safeguard non-somali benefactors(लाभार्थी
Lābhārthī) and there somali translators.
(लाभार्थी Lābhārthī means beneficiary)
