I have fasted the whole Month of Ramadan yet I gained
Weight and it just that everyone I have not seen for a month or someweeks now is telling that I gained weight.
I lost weight instead friend. But the weight I lost must have included some muscle mass, so I need to rebuild myself up again. If you're wondering how you lost your weight, its probably because you were either binge eating during the short hours we have to eat or that most of your afur diet was unbalanced and you had unequal proportions of your daily macros
