you clearly lack knowledge of this particular issue. if you knew anything, you would know that ceelbuur has nothing to do with habargidir. it's a murursade town and it's currently al-shabaab's base in central somalia.

habargidir don't control anything in the south. they were completely eradicated from the jubbas a long time ago and recently after their karbaash by the biyomaal they are returning to central somalia in droves.
