The world's oldest Quran is the very Quran that is memorized by million of Muslims from every race, ethnicity, nationality, language, culture, age group around the Earth. This parchment or any parchment for that matter has no precedence over the memorized Quran.

so the old ogirinal quran was written kufic Arabic script, Script whit out " dots" and current quran is written arabic whit shaqal, dotts. non kufic script a... so one can say current quran script is a innovations, or bidca because it's not written original kufic script. this is prove that innovations is good and it was big part of islam..
