I thought we are democratic nation. it seems our political leader is the only celebrity. lool. There are many writers in hargeisa this week for the HIPF show case. I can't wait to read their take on this interesting issue. This is beyond guulwadayn, not even the late dictator siad barre had this number of fans. obviously this is not an organized welcome. Although the government have a chearleading department known as "NOW" who have many active women members in every district.

its not exclusive to specific places like the
president's hometown,kulmiye support base or his clan areas. he receives hero's welcome where ever he goes. its not like he is our best leader, in fact he is the least social, just one step ahead of tuur who was very short mouthed. silanyo never had the ability to inspire the crowd since he was elected. Egal was the most talkative leader he must have been even greater with his wife Dr edna adam who is very inspirational lecturer worldwide.

I must say this is a JOBLESS NATIONALISM. Somaliland youth have no other toys to play other than SOMALILAND UNITY SYMBOLS. silanyo is just a symbolic national toy, same like our flag.
