Shukri haaji baandare is now the current minister of environment. the candle light was actually the most advanced education institution in burao at that time. it later became Secondary school, 2 of my older cousins went there. Tigdheer today has hundreds times more schools than it had at that time. even smallest village has free primary schools. Next coming years Somaliland will hopefully have free Secondary and free universities.
