Salat time question
Horta there are two mosques near me, they have different prayer times one is about 20 mins away and one is 50 mins away. The question is do I follow the masjid that is closest to me.

Re: Salam time question
you need explain more. why they have different timing, how much differences?
if few mintus, what is big deal? there was no clock back then. they do by shade and between maghrip and isha like 100 camal walk time.

one masjid is 20 mins away from my house, the other is 50 mins away
for example the mosque near me (20 mins away) says fajar starts 3:51 in the morning, the far away one says 3;02 in the morning
my question is should i follow the closer masjid's time guide

Yes the closer masajad to your home sees right . But I will leave to the alims among us.
Re: Salat time question
Just use a prayer app on your phone based on your city and follow that.

Re: Salat time question
if i was you, i would check if the looks like late and day light started...etc.
3:02 and 3:51 is serious differences. for example here in arabta, we pray fajir in very dark. in africa when you get out of masjid, waba iftiin.
to make sure ask imam near masjid why they late? maybe dadko isla sugaya etc.

Those apps are the worst and never accurate. Dont follow them at all.Itrah wrote:Just use a prayer app on your phone based on your city and follow that.
I would follow my nearest masjid. Simple as. Haadey khaldanyihiin ayaaga danbiga leeh.

Re: Salat time question
then pray close to you.
my self ive next door masjid but i go the one little far. like 10 minutes walk. the next door imam is good and knowledgable but there is some details i take other madhabs.
so for my sanity and not worried about my salat, i go to egytian imam who is old school imam.
i cannot put faulty to other sheikhs when i am not convinced their qool and there are other more accurate to my point of few.
i dont believe take easier and its on them. God gave us brain and to research and learn.
