The police killed a 12 year old boy yesterday in Jijgjiga yar district of Hargeisa after they were called to quell a land dispute between two parties. The police claim that they were attacked with stones by a group of people.
The dead is a 12 year old boy that was hit by stray bullet according to a security official. Two people were also injured in the incident.
Land based conflict is common in some parts of the capital because of improper land management by the local government.

They did not intend to shoot or murder that 12 year old as you suggest in your opening statement. As it seems, the boy had no connection to the land dispute.

One can criticize a government for its actions but when the critique is insincere it defeat it's own purpose.
