Somaliland Needs A Tahrib Combat Team Like The DEA

This issue is one the biggest crises in the country along with qat addiction and the authorities seem to be doing nothing about it. They're more concerned with sending RRU to kill people and steal their land. We need to in vest in a Tahrib Tactical Team (TTT) that hunts down smugglers and people traffickers as well recover migrants back from neighbouring countries.

We can ask for funds from the UN or western countries (since they have a vested interest in not having more migrants showing up on their doorsteps) in a similar way we combat piracy and illegal fishing/dumping. It can be a DEA type organisation that hunts down traffickers/smugglers, arrests migrants for repatriation. We can even cooperate with Ethiopia, Eritrea and Sudan who have an even bigger tahriib problem themselves.

The smugglers are arrested and executed, zero-tolerance. There goods and money is seized by the state and a nationwide education programmed about the dangers of tahriib and the legal ramifications as well as what happens to migrants in Libya (show graphic images of rape and torture).

This country needs young workers and even though this useless administration is doing little to create jobs, we can't afford to have them running away because that is a drain on manpower.
