The president of Somalia, HSM, have appealed today live in
the national TV to freeze the no confidence motion against his government.
The president has argued that Somalia that removing
him from power will not help the problems facing Somalia
today and emphasized the progress in the last 4 years he was in office.
The president claims that cretin elements who work against the interest public and the greater Somali nation is behind the plot.
Somalia, a country under life support have witnessed frequent
and intensive political differences along the years is recovering
from a devastating civil war. The fragile government and the weak
AMISOM backed national army are incapable of securing the capital which
is vulnerable to several suicide attacks per month.

according to the article 92 of the somali constitution, parliament have no power to dismiss the president, they can just put forward a proposal to him like they did in last time if he willingly resigns or to the constitutional court who will determan if the case has legal grounds or not
You can wait for the establishement of this court before august 2016
Prez is not like the pm, only rare cases can be dismissed through the constitutional court like committing treason or gross violation of the constitution
even in that case they need two-thirds of the votes wich is impossible!
Pm is responsible for any national problems or failure in the govts policies

I suppose this dude would rather be under the tutelage of some middle-aged British dude going through andropause. So much for the fighting words.

He can and will be removed, he can go back to his NGO job. This nut head should have never been elected President to start with period.
