This is a village that former President Abdiqasim gave Habar Gidir when he was minister of interior under MSB AUN.
HG built many barkads and motorized wells there paid for by the ministry of the interior. It is an area with good water, unlike Galkacyo's hard-water. Recently, a Mudug based organization decided to drill a a motorized well in Jeexdin within the area and have been attacked by HG.
Gaas is visiting to show the central government he means business because it is they who are arming Galmudug to try and restart conflict.

He has travled to northern Mudug, Nugaal and Bari so many times since he came to office. Not once did he step foot in the areas Puntland claims in Sanaag, Sool and Togdheer. Why is that?

He is going there in the next few months. He will be in Badhan to open construction of Maakhir University, in Yube for the Ceel Daahir road and in Boocame. I don't know whether he will try to visit Buhoodle though.

Habar fadhida legdini wax uga fudud. Although Sanaag is not militarized As sool its not risk free there is Somaliland presence every where.

What the hell you on about cabdiqassim give this village to hutus when the whole area has been a militarised zone since 91 also these troops dont take orders from Gaas or anyone in his admin.
