Watch out fellow Somali's

So I work as computer Techniation but nearly every work places I find there bunch of pakistani & hindu haters waiting gang up any Somali or black person, by giving them a hard to time by trying oust them from there job or blocking/denying you a promation.

my last job I caught by two indian managers calling me a black shit in my first day in that department

my last 3 jobs if you weren't asian or white don't ever expect a promtion.

Worst part I feel sick i ever help theses scums when they where getting bullied at school or in my area.

let me advice you bro, never go to a work place with a chip on your shoulder.

No one is against you, you will be promoted if you show enough drive and want.

I have experience people who blame discrimination for their lack of advancing on the career ladder and 99.99% of the time it is due to their short comings

It says more about you when you get abused by timojilics who look like qoodho - dark, hairy and funny smelling.

Well nobody ever said anything to me in english, it's a lot secertive urdu backbitting, fortunatly i do understand some urdu so that how i noticed it.

the last 8 people to get promoted where all indian some deserve the pormotion due there work the rest of half don't, it's not somali thing but more of black thing as I jamican and nigers get the some crap.

when you see guy join the work force only to quickly out rank guys who have been working there ass off for years in only in matter of 3 months.

It's time for revenge. Screw them over by collecting evidence and then claiming racial discrimination. If you don't want to sue, just collect the evidence. When you decide enough is enough, at least you have evidence.

I work with a lot of timojilacs ..they know how to play the game. Life is one big social game ..nothing is based on merit we Somalis tend to keep to ourselves we don't network ..get out of your cubicle from time to time connect with people shoot the breeze. Good luck.

It's the opposite here, they mostly run convenience stores so they are on the receiving end of racism and injustice.

Been in IT, I've workrd with ppl from the subcontinent, some as managers, some as coworkers, some under me. I've always found if you give it 110% with good ethics one way or another they'll respect you.
