Calanka Ethiopia

Post by Turbulence »

Maxaa kalifay in laga taago Kismaayo iyo Baydhabo? Malagu qasbay dadkaan inay calanka ethiopia ka taagaan magaalooyinkaan? I understand hadii calanka laga taagay a consulate or an embassy laakin meel aan aheen labadaas in calan dal kale laga taago sooma aha illegal? I realize nimanka magaaloyinkaan xukuma waa caadoqaatayaal xabeshada u shaqeeyo and don't care about anything laakin what does the Somali dastuur say about this?

I saw it on tv today on one of those Somali channels. I think it was either Royal TV or Horn Cable Tv. Not sure. There was some kind of an event in Kismaayo (dib u heshiisiin or something like that) and the Ethiopian flag was flying high there.

These flags were flying high representing the attendees of the Jubba inauguration. I know Ethiopia openly flaunts its flag in South-West overwhelming any glimpse of the Somali flag, they don't have a massive presence in Kismaayo beyond the regular conferences they attend.

Ethiopia is running wild from Galgaduud to Baardheere though, pitting the ever increasing Somali factions against each-other. Most of their troops aren't even AMISOM, they have allowed Al-shabab to make some renewed gains by making so-called strategic withdrawals and failed to aid other AMISOM forces in South-West who have been repeatedly routed by Shabab. A Djibouti commander in Hiiraan complained about there counter-productive movements and was silenced very quickly by Omar Ghelle who is a key ally of Ethiopia.
