as far as we know there are only 4 SU-30 in syria,
they will be the only ones to be used for baiting turkey and flying through the border.
if this story is true, there is nothing the Turkish F-16 C and D variants could do to a SU-30
unless its an idiot half trained arab flying it..

The latest F-16 block 60 upgrade will provide some competition , but the earlier non upgraded types are harmless.

Those Su-30's can fly anywhere in Turkey with impunity, till the US brings in their block 50 F-16s and F-15es to incrilik
till then the turks can just give them angry looks.

I hvae sympathy for syrians, i care about them, all syrians.
If assad falls you will see a viscious civil war worse than the current one in which ISIS will defeat al nusra.
During the short war, allot of syrians, muslim and non muslim will suffer.
Those unlucky to be in ISIS zones will experience slave markets and mass genocide,
those in other areas have a short time to live between the time it takes ISIS to defeat al nusra and allies,
and the time it takes for a NATO/UN peace keeping force.
It may take months, and in that time you will see hell...


Thankfully this will not happen.
