I don't know why? Maybe it's because I've never lived in Eastleigh.
I figure its my swahili. I was in Garissa last year during the somali operation.
I was caught by kenyan military guys around 2 at night chewing khat with my cousins who grew up in Garissa.
I didn't even have an I.d card yet they let me walk free because they figured my swahili accent was from Nairobi. My cousins were arrested despite having I.d cards.They were released the following morning. After kutoa kitu kidogo obviously.

There is a certain swahili that only those brought up In Nairobi speak, its called sheng. Am not talking about just plain swahili.
