When is the airport fully constructed? I heard rumours that its going to be around December time Insha Allah but when exactly? I'm planning to visit Bari iyo Garowe for a month or 2. I haven't been there since late 90's. I really miss the place. Man.

Whatever the original opening date was, you can rest assured it will not be met. After all, when was the last time you saw a Skinny initiated project being finished on schedule? Anyway, I am not personally worried about the timing so long as the end result is a quality product.

Lol, true somalis suck at keeping schedule. inshallah it should be at DEC/JAN. From what I have seen, they still got plenty of work left.

2016 will see the opening of several big projects
bosaso airport direct flights to somalia's 3rd largest city and 2nd largest economy after mogadishu.
garacad to goldogob tarmac road opens up ethiopian market
bosaso to ceerigaabo tarmac road opens up the isolated sanaag region
garowe airport hotspot for flyers from 500 km radius
bosaso deep sea port self explanatory.
