I don't get why they want to claim to be younger?

That means that you will have to work for much longer when you are in your 60s. You will never be eligible to claim pensions. You have to work into your 70s.

How about the ones that found themselves at opposite end of the spectrum? I am talking about here some flight 13s maryooleys who for some reason or another had to lie about their age and in some cases isku dhiibey twice as their actual age. I know of few Skinnies barely in their forties and they are already collecting social security for old age. Some of them are frequently complemented by their case workers as amazingly young looking pensioners.

My 16 year old sister and I get mistaken for twins all the time. I would feel really weird claiming I'm in her age group though.

She looks like she's in her mid-30s.This lady looks closer to her reported age. I'm normally good at determining the age of Somalis. I have been fooled before, though. I have met Somali families where the oldest daughter is in her mid-30s and looks younger than the youngest who is in her mid-20s. Some people just age better than others, even in the same family.
