I thought it would never happen but it happened to me today.

The Police were looking for a 20 yr old Somali criminal who is on the loose in my area and they thought it was me.

HOW EMBARRASSING. They had the wrong person. Fuckers apologized and called it a day.

They were looking for a suspect and you were similar in description there was reason for you being stopped because a crime had been committed.

Racial profiling is usually profiling solely because of race without much reason. Being followed around at a store cause you're black, or cops pulling you over just cause you have a nice car, that's racial profiling.

I was stopped twice by cops in the same day for the same reason. They had an arrest warrant for someone with my last name and they wanted to verify. I was cool with that cause I want criminal Somalis to be sent back home so they get the help they need or taken off the streets.

The first cop told me my headlights were off when I asked him the reason for which he stopped me, so I POINTED to the sun still up and said "it is not time for headlights", he smiled and gave me that look of "Hand over your stupid IDs", and I complied. It happens and I am cool with it.

in your case if the description of the suspect is close to you, doesn't it make sense to stop you? I mean they wouldn't go stop a middle aged white guy, when the description of who they're looking for a young Somali male

There should be more evidence of looking similar besides race and age. What a joke. I lost all respect for the police today.

Now if they stop you and search you for khat...that would be considered racial profiling.
