How do you handle a bad Female Boss

Guys,

I have a bad female Japanese Boss that is so hard to work with. She looks for issues to make a fuse out of.

How do you handle such a boss? Do you kneel down on her knees or you man up and tell her to F* off. She wants to feel important so she wants you to consult her on every little thing.

Any Idea?

I have the same problem. Except mine is tu hindiyad ah. Looking for any excuses to bust my chops. I vowed to work my way up and then fire the bitch.

Mine always look for ways to show my mistakes. Anytime she is sending an email to me with little mistakes, she always copies the manager. I always take the high road and respond with calm tone in an intellectual way. I am running out of patients wallaahi.
