After 2 years of research and 100s of pounds, I found the ultimate stack.
1. Caffeine+theanine- basic stack for relaxed focus and alertness, plough through any rigorous work like its a meal, theanine takes care of any anxiety or the I can't do it feeling- you can take it 5 days a week
2. Coluracetam- enhances vision, creativity, ability to multitask, muscle memory and other typical racetam effects but many more times powerful- only 3 days a week cuz its an choline uptake enhancer, so too much choline=depression
3. Prl 8-53- its the greatest memory retention nootropic, shit will allow you to memorise anything you put your mind to, also increases hand to eye coordination- take 5 times a week
Only thing left is micro-dosing Magic Mushrooms so that you can increase your empathy, kindness and connectness with the world so that you become a better Muslim.

If you have done a 23andme test you can probably upload your results to places like nutrahacker.com, it should give you an idea of what mutations you have what you may want to supplement with vs what you should avoid.

Most of them barely work. Only a handful are good. I wouldn't advise using the ones with very little research like PRL-8-53. That stuff was completely unknown until 2013 (it was abandoned by the research community for ~40 years) and suddenly it became popular again after people on reddit decided to group buy it. Careful with that stuff.
L-Theanine is a good basic one to take with coffee as it relaxes you from the coffee buzz. Other than that I don't use any nootropics, just a few herbal ones from time to time (Rhodiola Rosea, Panax Ginseng, and Bacopa Monnieri). I'd trust the herbal stuff that has been around for centuries over these new ones.
