Islam =/= Arabism. Islam has been recialised and appropriated by a certain group, we need to deracialise it and make it accessible to the masses. There is no salvation through Arabism and Arab culture. There is only Islam.

i really do not blame any one who is against arab scholars these days....it's understandable and the amount of racism is overwhelming in these we call " kutub al toraath" traditional islamic books.

though we shouldnt fall for it and put on islam. it's simple, to be mature enough to filter what you learn and discovered and put in against quran and authorized Sunna(not sunna o'7aadiyah).

it's difference between i do understand and i agree. i know way better to have a a reaction or comment againt arabs every time they are mentioned. i never be against arabs or none Arabs but the action and ideas and thinking.

plus i am myself half blood.

i have more tolerance, even my own liking, something to do with mixed back ground.... from harar to madina to subcontanant to mogadishu to yemen to khaliij etc.

That is fine, Walahi I dont have a problem with that. In fact I admire how Gulf Arabs stick to their own culture, good for them. But I just dont think Somali culture should be destroyed to be replaced with a cheap imitation/replica of Gulf Arab culture. I dont want Somalia to become a cheap imitaton arab 2.0. The beauty of humanity is in its cultural diversity and plurality.
