Kudos for the Galmudug leadership for restraining the Galmudug Defense Forces from pursuing the PL bandits north of the border and treating the POWs kindly and evacuating the the PL POWs in the midst of battle.

I just got a word that UN secretary general Ban Ki Moon will send a delegation to Galmudug state to release the POWs on humanitarian grounds

AW, sxb this is how i heard the events unfolded.

-Puntland wanted to build a road from Garsoor to Baraxleey all the way to the Galmudug side of Gaalkacyo.

-Puntland didn't notify the Galmudug Administration about its project and just started building it.

-Galmudug told them what they were doing was illegal and to stop it until they had further authorization from dhinaca Galmudug.

I am not against the building of roads, but u can't just build, adigoona qofna permission weeydiisan. Ileen meesha dadbaa kataliyo.

Hopefully Puntland would ask for permission and an advice next time before they start building it.

They can build it on their side in Garsoor (the Leelkase side) but don't extend it to Baraxleey. The city is divided and they know it.

Unfortunately, people are fleeing Garsoor and thats where most of the casualties occurred. On their side.

They tried to commandeer a Galmudugood territory and set up a check point. This was a provocative action and an aggressive move to expand into GM territory. Galkavyo is effectively two cities and PL needs to accept that.

Road project is propaganda. They can build on their side of the green line but not on GM territory.

I have family on both sides but in Mugdi Mudug it don't matter when it comes to war.
